Permitting

Federal, State and local municipalities require permits for any construction activities in any area to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.  These regulations and guidelines are much more stringent in an area that would be deemed environmentally sensitive such as coastal areas, wetlands or locations where endangered wildlife may be present.

Permitting for coastal structures can be a painstaking and lengthy process for individuals not familiar with the State and local guidelines.  At SCES, we have extensive experience with permitting a variety of projects on the coastline and in environmentally sensitive areas.
