Mr. Murray is a Civil Engineer with a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering obtained from the University of Central Florida. Mr. Murray’s professional experience includes a broad spectrum of design, research and construction among various disciplines of the Civil Engineering field, including coastal, geotechnical, forensic, structural, transportation and water resources.

Mr. Murray holds several licenses and registrations in the State of Florida and is a registered Professional Engineer, certified Neutral Evaluator in accordance with Florida Statues 627.7074 and Florida Supreme Court certified Circuit Civil Mediator.  In addition to Florida, he is a licensed Professional Engineer in the States of Texas, Mississippi, Louisiana and Georgia
